Cherry Ginger Butter

From: “Cooking with Cherries from the Prairies”

  • 2 tbsp finely chopped Everyday Farms frozen tart cherries, thawed and drained
  • 1 tsp fresh, peeled, grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup butter

Blend all ingredients together in a small bowl with a fork. Put flavored butter in ramekin and cover with plastic wrap. Store in the refrigerator until ready to use. Will keep up to 3 months. Spread on muffins, pancakes, waffles, toast or sweet potatoes.
